“We (me, my wife, my two adult sons) had the pleasure of having a tour with Andy Tourist in May 2015. Andy (Toan, actually) was a teriffic guide and host, not only for seeing the sights, but even helping my adult son navigate an expedited visa application for our next destination by standing in line with him, translating for him and figuring out a way to get a visa in less than two days from an embassy that always takes more than two days (after the U.S. Agency we used, CBITvisas totally messed it up and abandoned us). But the visa was the least of it – Toan was extremely helpful, considerate, fun to be with, and very good at his trade.”

“Andy, the owner of this tourist company is always very responsive and eager to improve his business, as well as flexible to accept customers’ request and modify his initially suggested plans.
Although I have asked many activities in a tight timeframe, he has managed the schedule and realized my wishes.
He even thinks not only the development of his own business, but training/developing other regional human resources like younger travel guides in mountain region, which looks very perspective of Vietnamese tourist industry and beyond.”

“Our family booked a short tour to Hanoi, Halong Bay and Tam Coc river with Andy Tourist. We enjoyed this 5 day tour very much. Andy the agent who arranged our trip was so nice and kind person. We just sent him all our interests and got his advice right the way. Andy and his staffs gave us much impression. We had excellent guide and driver. Halong Bay is no doubt the most wonderful place we ever visited in the world. only thing is that the road between Hanoi and halong bay is quite long and busy traffic. We love Halong and food in hanoi. We will recommend this agent to our friends.

“GREAT EXPERIENCE OF AUTHENTIC VIETNAM!” – review by TripAdvisor member

“Andy guided us through Hanoi, maximizing our time there and helping us to understand the culture around us. He was able to get us from sight to sight with expertise, so we wasted no time wondering what to do next or how to get there. I feel like we got to see twice as much in a day as tourists left to figure out the logistics themselves. Therefore we got to really immerse ourselves in the experience.

In addition to taking us to various sights, Andy was able to give us context and explanation that enriched what we were seeing. As an American traveling in a culture that is so foreign, many wrong assumptions can be made to interpret what is going on around us. Andy was able to bridge those gaps, making our time in Hanoi so much richer.

Andy was also able to understand our particular likes and tastes, so he tailored our time to us.

My brother and his wife travelled to Vietnam a year after I did and I connected them with Andy. They loved him as much as we did.
