Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel for check in. Hanoi, a city where the exotic chic of old Asia blends with the dynamic face of new Asia. Where the medieval and modern co-exist. A city with a blend of Parisian grace and Asian pace, an architectural museum piece evolving in harmony with its history, rather than bulldozing through like many of the region’s capitals. Hanoi is where imagination becomes reality.

Arrive at your hotel (check in if room is available) after a refreshment, we take you for a walk to explore old quarters of Hanoi then invite you a welcome dinner and a unique show of northern rural Water Puppet show. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi- Ha Long Bay Overnight Cruise (B,L,D)

Today we start at 8.00 A.M for the 3 hour drive (170 km) through the Red River Delta, which offers plenty of chances for taking photos of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy fields. At half way, we’ll have a visit to a handicraft workshop with fine clothes, embroidered paintings, stone statuettes and all kinds of gems mined in Vietnam such as star rubies or sapphires… Our destination is the World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed on board our luxury junk and treated with wine and fresh local seafood. As our junk gliding further into the tranquility of Ha Long Bay amid the towering mountain cliffs and on the emerald green water.  You’ll have relaxing time combining the fine tastes of the wine and the freshness of Ha Long Bay. During the cruise, we’ll stop some times for visiting the amazing Sung Sot cave and the Ti Top white sand beach before anchoring for the night. Overnight on cruise junk in the wild of Halong Bay.

After breakfast, we’ll take a little sampan to visit a secret lagoon of Ha Long Bay while the surrounding mountains are just waking up.

After that our cruise takes us further into the Bay of Bai Tu Long passing the Human Head Island, the Turtle Island, and the Duck Islet… to the studio site where the famous Indochine film was shot. Around noon, our junk travels back to the harbor, pick up and drive back to Hanoi. Transfer back to Hanoi Airport for your afternoon flight to Danang. Pick up and transfer to your hotel, free at leisure and overnight in Hoi An.

Day 4: Hoi An Free Day (B)

There is no better place for a relax break during your Vietnam holidays than Hoi An Ancient Town – this is an exceptionally well-preserved port in South-East Asia dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site.

Day free to cycle through rice paddies in the countryside of Hoi An ancient town, shop for souvenirs among the antique shops and art galleries, or just sit at sidewalk cafes and soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town. Or relax on the white sandy beach of the famous Danang Beach. Overnight in a Hoi An hotel.

Day 5: Hoi An – drive to Danang – flight to Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho Chi Minh (B, L)

After breakfast, our Vietnam tour guide and driver in Hoi An will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Saigon. Arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport, welcomed by your private Vietnam tour guide and driver and transfer to hotel for check in. In the afternoon, we drive to Cu Chi tunnels, en route, visit the bustling market of Thu Dao Mot. Upon arrival in Cu Chi, we visit the incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometres hand-constructed by Vietnamese guerillas and was the military base of the North Vietnamese Army during the US-Vietnam war. Back to Saigon for overnight in hotel.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Be Floating Market – Can Tho (B, L)

Today we discover the waterways of the mighty Mekong river Delta, a major rice producing area. This must be one of the most fascinating river deltas in the world. The Mekong splits into nine major arteries. A vast network of rivers and waterways with thousands of ships of all sizes plowing the waters gives the Mekong Delta a very special scenery. On arrival, we will make a boat trip to the Cai Be floating Market, visit villages and meet the people of the Mekong Delta. Continue your boat trip to An Binh Island for Lunch in a local family and bike trip in the afternoon. Continue to Can Tho – the heart of Mekong Delta in Vietnam. Check in on your arrival, free at leisure and overnight in Can Tho hotel.

Vietnam Cambodia Short Break 10 days

Day 7: Can Tho (Cai Rang Floating Market) – Ho Chi Minh – Flight to Siem Reap (B, L)

In the morning, we make the boat cruise to see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats), truly highlights of any Vietnam Tours where you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and see the daily activities of the locals who live along the Mekong canals and later, you will roam through the village to visit a rice husking mill, a rice noodles making shop which are nice chances to discover the daily life of Vietnamese people in Mekong Delta. Around noon, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh for the flight to Siem Reap. Pick up on arrival by our guide and driver and transfer to your hotel. Check in and free at leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 8:  Siem Reap – Angkor Tour (B,L,D)

After breakfast in your hotel, we will visit Angkor Wat, the largest and most breathtaking monument at Angkor. Built as the funerary temple for Suryavarman II, who ruled from 1112 to 1152, Angkor never fails to reward the Cambodia tour fans with its grand scale, surreal bas reliefs and unbelievable attention to detail. Lunch in Siem Reap.

This afternoon, we will focus our Cambodia holiday on Angkor Thom, including Pimeanakas, Baphuon, the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and finally, the Bayon, with its mysterious towers and beautiful bas reliefs. We will be back to Siem Reap before sunset.

Later, you will be invited to a traditional Apsara dinner show. Enjoy the excellent dance and great food! Stay overnight in Siem Reap.

Vietnam Cambodia Short Break 10 days

Day 9:  Siem Reap – Angkor Tour (B, L)

This morning, we will visit Banteay Srei, aka Queen City and Banteay Samre, putting a perfect ending to your Cambodia tours. Have lunch in a local restaurant. In the late afternoon, our steps reach out to Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool, Ta Som, built in late 12th century C.E. the most distant temple on the grand circuit, small but classic. Preah Khan Temple, Built by the King Jayavarman VII. Visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls) and Ta Keo, constructed in late 10th early 11th century. Back to Siem Reap. Stay overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 10: Siem Reap Departure (B)
